At ISHORI, we are committed to delivering authentic, premium ethnic wear with complete transparency and customer trust. Every product is carefully quality-checked before dispatch. Please read our Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept return or exchange requests only under the following circumstances:

  • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product was damaged during transit (with proper proof).

To qualify:

  • Customers must notify ISHORI within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
  • A clear 360-degree unboxing video from package opening until product inspection is mandatory.
  • Supporting images of defects/damage must be shared with our support team.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.



2. Non-Returnable Products

Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product disliked due to personal preference.
  • Slight color differences caused by photography, lighting, or screen settings.
  • Minor irregularities in handwoven, handcrafted, Bandhani, block print, zari, embroidery, or traditional artisan products.
  • Customized, altered, stitched, fall-piko, blouse-stitched, or made-to-order products.
  • Sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance products.
  • Products returned without original tags or in used condition.



3. Return Approval Process

  • All return requests are subject to verification by Team ISHORI.
  • Approval or rejection is based on submitted video proof, images, and order verification.
  • Once approved, customers must ship the product back to our Kotputli, Jaipur office within 3 working days.
  • Failure to dispatch within this period may result in cancellation of return approval.



4. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
  • ISHORI may, in select approved cases, provide reasonable shipping compensation via store credit (up to ₹100 per product).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.



5. Refund Policy

ISHORI follows a strict No Cash Refund Policy except where legally required.

Instead, we offer:

  • Product exchange (equal or higher value; price difference payable by customer)
  • Store credit / gift card for future purchases

Important:

  • Gift cards/store credits are non-transferable.
  • Shipping charges are not included in exchange/store credit value.
  • Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed to the original payment method.



6. Order Cancellation Policy

By Customer:

  • Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

By ISHORI:

ISHORI reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Payment issues
  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
  • Logistics limitations

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund for prepaid orders.




7. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at delivery:

  • Refuse delivery immediately
  • Record evidence where possible
  • Contact ISHORI support within 24 hours

Failure to report shipping damage immediately may impact claim eligibility.




8. Legal Protection Against Policy Misuse

ISHORI values genuine customer concerns and complies with applicable Indian consumer laws.

However:

  • False claims
  • Fraudulent complaints
  • Edited/fabricated proofs
  • Misuse of consumer rights for intimidation, extortion, or unreasonable compensation

may lead to permanent account restrictions and legal action under applicable laws.




9. Compliance & Consumer Rights

ISHORI operates in accordance with:

  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019
  • Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020
  • Applicable Indian online commerce regulations
